Well at least it’s consistently shitty management across the country. We have trackers then frackers for those trackers then a checklist of if you completed the trackers etc…

Kevin is ultimately responsible for bringing in Everett and allowing the GMs to screw everything up. Everett clearly doesn’t give a shit, he gets his $$ regardless. Melanie isn’t even the worst GM; try working for STUART, talk about awful. Meanwhile most reps are just collecting a paycheck and we barely work while looking for new pharma jobs that pay more. Sinking ship.

This is what happens when you combine entitled millennials with crotchety Gen Xers and Boomers. We all hate each other. But, none of us are really amazing at this stupid job, despite the fact that we think we like to act like we are. So much of the success is tied up into luck and goals.
