FP has completely ruined the culture here. This man is condescending, deflating and a complete control freak. It's obvious the managers are scared of him and no one except MP dared to challenge him. The stuff coming out of his meetings with the Baylor and THR reps is legendary. It's incredible how quickly one person can ruin morale. He needs to be shown the door.

Use that line, it works. We have had other managers fired for similar behavior once HR gets involved. Don't hesitate to get help.

To have a sales environment that is not happy leads to either people leaving or no motivation. I think Exact Sciences should consider this with such an important year for their future. The future clearly needs a new leader. The past leader was very motivating and people were happy to go to work everyday to help get patients screened. The entire area is either interviewing or suffering.
 






This whole organization is a disaster. Voyager was a disaster. Everett is a disaster. Most of the sales force are simply collecting paychecks until they get a higher paying gig. It's a sad reality
 






FP told us during a regional conf call that he received feedback from the managers to not send out numbers on a daily basis. He said he accepted the feedback and started to send them once a week. That lasted a hot second and now he's back to sending DAILY numbers along with commentary. This is ridiculous!!!

Amen! So true. Everyone i know is interviewing. Im currently interviewing at three different companies .I'll be out of here by the end of May hopefully.

I was told mid may start date on 2 of my opportunities; some other companies are paying DOUBLE what exact is for diagnostics sales, unbelievable! Project Voyager is a total catastrophic failure.

That’s because Cologuard is not a diagnostic sales role. Exact pays double for diagnostic sales too compared to screening.

Agree this place is a disaster. I know there is dissatisfaction in general among sales leaders with Everett and the GMs being so disconnected and with what a failure Voyager is, wondering why nothing is being done to fix it?

You all said the exact same thing when MS took over for DR. You really think leadership cares what you think when orders are over 100k a week?
 












This is such an innovative sales reorganization ever taken on by a healthcare entity. We need to embrace and work to pull through this incredible strategy. Go get ‘em tiger!
