Ole Dave had a "Hard" time literally when it came to his trying to sell the penile pump. In all fairness, how do you sell a hand job when Viagra is your competitor. He obviously needs the shackles if he is still trying to find pharma jobs at his age. People at Syntex thought his wife had family money, but obviously not the case. Syntex coin must of gone out to that club in Brentwood and the Brentwood Academy for the kids. Sorry Dave, the old school Jessie Birchfield mentality of being laid back doesn't fit the new school nazi pharma style of verbatims and compliance.

Dave had a hot temper down deep. Probably can't believe Tebutt is President at UCB while he will end his career here or at best a CSO. You knew something was rotten in Denmark when he praised up people like Kenny (my name is Earl) Webb. He loved the old rednecks..ie. Wendell H., Uncle Jessie, Kenny.

Ole Dave liked anyone that did not show more ability than him, was no competitive threat or buttered him up. He did not have the time of day for someone that could not help him. It is all coming back to get him, some he thought could not help him then will not help him now when they can be of value.

He promoted those that either partied with him or slept with him- they all turned out to be bad managers and losers
