Every other Conference call is a fire drill at the last minute but this when they know everyone is rumbling about lay-offs they give you a week to think about it. Just mean people leading us. What couldn't at least wait until Monday to announce a call?

So sorry to hear. Been down that road myself before and it’s a terrible feeling right before the holidays. So many CV reps here tho still think there is Novartis greener pastures awaiting in 2019. Sad to say, we’re prolly getting laid off right behind you.

Hoping for myself this is a layoff and I am cut so there’s time to get my beat down mind back to some normalcy and find a better, more enjoyable sales career. It’s been soooo darn toxic here for waaay too long!

Yes I agree and did you notice there is no one’s name on the email (WHO FROM) except communications? That is an immediate indication it’s not gonna be good. Also the fact that we can post anonymous questions even in advance not knowing the topic of this town hall sounds real fishy.

How naive of you to think a few senior mgmt holiday messages would trump a possible layoff soon! Senior mgmt will not be losing any sleep over cutting the CV sales force to keep the shareholders happy. Think about it friend.
