in this round of layoff i hope we get a new RBD instead of Mandy Wills! she is so dumb, no idea how to manage a region and keeps distracting with her constant emails and messages in name of culture 0;
 
























Travel advisory letter recieved. Told to stay close to home for an important CVM announcement this week. In effect from Tuesday to Friday. I’m assuming that since I received this communication. I’m one of those affected. Might as well just stay home until I hear something either way.
 




























Most CV institution reps have nearly 0 access at key institutions. Some specialty reps have at least some access to key customers depending on the territory and the rep. If the institution team stays I wonder if our leadership is misinformed about institutional access. I have seen institutional reps fill their field time by accessing customers in their offices/clinics. What is reality and what is a mirage?

It is no mirage, BUT, it isn't the whole truth. The whole truth is that sales by relationships and access to institutions is DEAD, across the industry. Sales reps just aren't needed anymore. Call them, window dressing, at best.
 
















But CV is where you want to be! The future is bright. Factor 11 will save the day.
Lies for months.
Were they lying all along or did some data from the investigational trials look bad or both?
CV with Janssen/CVM would be a great business school case study. Horrible decision upon horrible decision by people who knew absolutely nothing about our customers and patients. Worse, they didn’t even want to hear insights from the field team that did know the customers. But they were so good at climbing the ladder.
