Does anyone have any RELIABLE intel on the layoffs? Like actual info such as what are the parameters used to determine who stays and goes? Anyone besides the bunch of morons that are typing about disgusting nonsense?
 






It's been under high lock and key. Anyone who knows anything likely has a non disclosure in place so if they tell anyone they can get in legal trouble.
Anything on here is an idiot guessing and acting like they know things.
Why they do it? Who knows.
Best course of action is be looking for a new job just in case and hope for the best. ZS will just carve territories that make no sense and half of us will be gone.

Uh 28 days btw In Feb. I think the date is based on certain scenarios and they have a couple plans in place. If would have lost court case, Jan 31 announce. Since won, who knows. If announce in June, kept people on payroll but out of field until end Sept that works with 90 day warn act. Also would align with new selling year. Seems hard to believe could go that long with existing structure. Maybe waiting on generic company to start shipping.

Haven't heard this. We do have a US Town Hall on 2/18. I'm hearing there will be some changes to the CV division, not sure on the timeline. Consolidation of regions down to around 9 from 12 and some ABLs will be cut with the new realignment. Wouldn't be surprised is some TAS positions are eliminated with Pelacarsen being delayed for another 18-24 months.

lol we all know that 3 rds have transferred out of cv. That doesn’t mean there won’t be cuts to the remaining rds. Lots of cuts to abls - very bloated. 8-12 reps per abl. Reps cut too with complete realignment. Footprint will change. Get ready.
