The sample shipments for entresto are going out as we speak, so I highly doubt they would do that if they are dumping reps next week. I don't really care either way. Novartis has a great severance package and I am a very good rep. If I can't find a better job in 7 months that is on me. We all know at some point it is coming. Next week, 6 months, or 2 years from now really doesn't matter. I am good either way.

That’s exactly how I feel. In fact, I won’t really look for another job until I know a date is coming as I would hate to to miss out on a severance package.

Haven't heard this. We do have a US Town Hall on 2/18. I'm hearing there will be some changes to the CV division, not sure on the timeline. Consolidation of regions down to around 9 from 12 and some ABLs will be cut with the new realignment. Wouldn't be surprised is some TAS positions are eliminated with Pelacarsen being delayed for another 18-24 months.

I haven’t heard date for realignment but have heard it’s coming first part of this year.
I did hear some rumblings about Pelacarsan being delayed now until 2027 but didn’t hear why it’s been delayed. Anyone know what the reason behind the delays? Could be why they let the CV TLLs go a few weeks ago? If they are going to make changes I’m hoping they do it before the start of the next quarter because last time they made changes mid-quarter and it messed up IC and rankings!

Go on LinkedIn and read the gut-wrenching stories of people looking for 12-18 months.
It is a very tough market right now.
I'm sure you are preternaturally gifted as both a rep and an interviewer, but you might want to check your ego for a second and realize that it is extremely ugly out there right now.
The blowtorch will be hitting in the next 90-120 days, and those who are even remotely intelligent have started looking months ago.
If you don't have at least ten years in, waiting on a severance is really foolish.

Please be correct on the Jan 31 date. Sick of waiting but think the Jan 31 date was if Novartis lost the Entresto generic appeal. Given they won and generic most likely not until July wonder if will wait.
