Long been the problem with IC. They all hate reps with a passion. Hate that they get any bonus. Hate that they get free cars. Hate that they get to eat lunch free 80% of the year. Hate that they have freedom.

As a result, the attitude is you are lucky to get anything. We buy 50% of the data and we don't care about anything else. We may say we are pursuing it, but it never happens.

We simply hate reps.

Will they allow Horizon employees to post for any open positions in CV? I feel I could bring much needed leadership and experience to this side of the business if an opportunity was available.

Openings?!? They are talking about restructuring and making CV smaller and ISS larger….there won’t be any openings.

Yes but maybe they get rid of more to make more openings for newer employees? They have more experience- maybe not in CV but in general. Its not that tough of a job to figure out.

You are not a Horizon employee…troll. None of us would want to be on your CV team, no offense. Many of us don’t even want to be on our teams once they are officially Amgen. Of the handful of people I talk to regularly, all but 1 are trying to leave. If y’all eliminate positions, maybe you can move into our vacant spots…though I doubt a good chunk of them will be around very long.
