Hospital is gearing up for a launch and we are filling our vacant positions. Not sure about ARD but our side of the business is growing.
I’m hearing that on Thursday or Friday this week there will be a couple big names quitting and going on to greener pastures.....

There are plenty of territories that can be whited out. It is better to make cuts sooner rather than later.
in ARD marketing there are more directors and higher than actual product managers to associate directors. It is so unbalanced. Bloated place. 2 VPs of marketing in ARD. That’s a joke. A Sr Director for each TA. 2 TAs also have Directors. Think about that. A Sr Director, Director and a product manager for one TA. What the hell do they have to do all day. There isn’t enough work or money coming in to justify that model. The biz is bleeding. How that will survive is beyond me.
