What has happen ? The current Manager is never there. How can one be a manager and never there ? The C/S team is falling apart, they are all looking to get away from her. When will TG & BV do something ?
 






She is pretty much a joke that milks the system for all she can. Does nothing when she is there. I feel sorry for the Customer Service Team, they have no leader but are doing a great job on their own.
 






Her boss should cut his loss now and get rid of her. How long will they make us endure this manager who knows nothing about what we do. She is clueless, she lies and she is NEVER there.
 






Is this the same manager that was "sick" at the San Antonio meeting? She's still there?????
How convenient for her to have so many different illness's. I agree cut your loss now and get someone who can be effective and returns our calls....
 






Maybe her manager isn't aware of how bad she is. Has anyone ever come out and told him? TV and BV are intelligent people I can't see them keeping a worthless manager around just for the sake of not firing someone.
 






They have been told by numerous people. Nothing ever happens so people have just stopped telling them. How can you not be aware when a manager that works for you is never at work?
 


















The Biomet Customer Service team used to be the best in the business they would go the extra mile for you and the manager would take a call from anyone at the drop of a dime regardless of the time of day. Working on a different time zone is hard but the customer service was always there to help. Recently I have never heard so many people in a customer service department say I don't know ( I am assuming from lack or training from their manager) or I have to get back to you because their manager isn't there to take a call or help. Here's to hoping they get some leadership in there fast.

I agree, we do everything we can before we call there. It is not the great helpful C/S it once was. It is sad that the leadership keeps their head in the sand.
 


















Upper management is the problem. Until they get rid of TG, DR and BV that department will suffer. It is no longer about the customer service they can provide but if they can put the numbers together so they look good. When it comes to the manager she was hired by TG with no skills for that position but TG will never get rid of her because he hand picked her.
