Customer Centric Action = Satisfaction! With the managers executing this now in front of the customers, Steglatro share is gonna rebound! Managers just show up and docs fall at the manager’s will. They are sooo effective. Even the nurses and the office staff are asking for a total office call from the managers.

Just another name for alienating customers. The “sales models” for all of Pharma have been recycled over and over for many, many years. Just putting new dresses on old prostitutes.
That’s how sales and marketing think they stay relevant when in fact, they are pathetic.
 






Our Marketing folks surely must have checked with thousands of customers to see what they want! Customer Centric Selling has got them yelling! Yelling for more manager interactions and total office calls. Belsomra and Steglatro share is eventually going to explode! Especially, with more manager / customer calls. The manager piece had to be the missing piece of the puzzle.

My selling actions center on my company credit card and IPAs at the central pub. That is selling!

I don't post much except when I see a new sales model pop up or some talk about how good a sales person they are. What are you selling? This isn't even a sales job. You have been hood winked by management into thinking it's actually a sales job!! It's not! So, you take lunch into an office and feed the staff the MD comes in and agrees w/ everything you say because he's being polite because you just feed his worker bees. What did you sale? Did you walk out w/ an order in they system? NO, it's all hypothetical and you sit there in your car and think how wonderful the sales call just went! The numbers for the territory come in 2 months later and they look no different than last time. You look at the MDs personal numbers and although it looks like there was a increase the prior week/weeks there was a decrease. So was it your lunch? Nobody knows! The job is a scam, a joke...just enjoy what you have and quit telling people you sell because this is the furthest thing from a sales job ever. Customer Service is the best title.

Finally someone who gets it...The job is a complete joke and only exists because the managers (both mid-level and Senior) need useful idiots underneath them to justify their bloated compensation...Total scam paid for and by patients and payors...
