It's just some guy that compulsively posts things like that on this site and other sites. He posts these things he things are clever, giggles and hopes for a response. He has no job, obviously no friends and is depressed and incredibly needy and looking for any response he can get to show he is alive. Just ignore him and he will go away. All dried up looking, pushing 50, and at the last leg of your career. Really pathetic, I would feel sorry for you if you weren’t such a douche bag. Dear loser you can make fun of us Customer Service Reps all you want but this is a starter part time job for me as well as most of my coworkers. It’s just to get our foot in the door and get some work experience on our resume. We know you feel threatened and soon we will be taking over your job. We have better knowledge of technology and more inclined to retain new information. Be prepared to move over, your prime has passed.

the other real reps treat us customer service reps very poorly, they will not let me join their"pod" meetings. i can add value as i have gotten to know many key gate keepers in Upper Penn-but they have a sense of entitlement and look at me like some poor slovak dead beat. one day i will free myself from these bonds and show them that i can be a real sales professional and dig deep in the PI and show the doctors i can sit with them and bring in some low value meals.
