Stop saying culture is so important. Expecting managers to do 10 coaching reports a month for a team of 7-8 means working with the same people every 3 weeks which equals micromanaging robots! Stop with the madness, happy and healthy? GTFOH des and fowler.
 






Once again this company shows its true colors. You show how much you value your employees by cutting an entire sales force and replacing them with a contract sales force. This is shameful. What message does this send to your other business unit sales teams?? You’re not valued and we will replace you in a second with a contract sales team for less money.
It’s also laughable you want them in the field until end of November. Your reputation among customers and other pharma companies will continue be the worst in the industry.

Completely agree....this company is being led by DEI on steroids and a wealthy, eccentric, Spanish buffoon that treats the company like his play toy. 10 billion on Leqvio, well spent, lol. In any other industry he would have been shown the door. And now they are cutting nickels to save a few pennies to make up for the debacle, the math will NEVER catch up....disgraceful.
