So tired of all this bull coming on email and townhall meetings from corporate on NVS Culture.

We ain’t got no culture. it’s horrible. It’s bad. They keep creating these roles and meetings to improve culture- but I don’t see improvement at all. Lots of words, no action.

so: yes, I am looking- before you tell me to look elsewhere!
 






Our culture is corporate hates sales, sees us as incompetent needing “upskilling,” has zero idea how our product actually gets sold, refuses to listen to the people doing it, then takes the credit and never mentions field sales. Oh, and deploys a never ending parade of distractions to help them identify new ways to justify their jobs.

my favorite is when the training team, marketing and leadership have no experience whatsoever in the disease state and just give us word vomit diatribes.

Correct. Culture groups and management reviews are smokescreens to dupe people into thinking that the company cares about them and values their opinions. Couldn’t be further from the truth at Novartis. Opinions and suggestions are ignored in favor of process oriented nonsense. Novartis is the essence of corporate hypocrisy.
 






Probably why we haven’t seen a Glint lately. Stop asking for feedback if you’re not going to do something. The answer isn’t CE hire 250 more people. We are living in clown world and I expect downsizing after a year of this insanity. Delusional Des.

No one wants more crap added to their plate for no purpose at all. Last time I checked.. we were in sales! Where are the contests to incentivize us to go above and beyond to win MONEY!

Those will be coming just as soon as they have contracts in place with all of the chain A.S.O.C.'s, so that way they are all reporting on a weekly basis and our data will be consistently better.
In other words, don't hold your breath.

Remember that time the reps caused a year long manufacturing delay?
Remember that time the reps wanted to only launch Leqvio to select accounts?
And they hired the ISET teams?
