Culture of Fear- Avoid Working Here

It's not happening everywhere. I work with another pharma company now and it couldn't be more different from Forest. This company has changed to adapt to the new environment. Forest is operating from a Pfizer model that worked in the eay 90's. You see this happen al the time across all industries, companies who fail to change with the times end up failing ultimately.

So true - both this comment, and the previous 2 about EH's negative influence. The only thing I disagree with is the timing. I beleive the CIA - not EH - has had the biggest influence on the negative turn the past 3 years. EH is part of that, but her negative influence started the moment she expanded her breadth of power outside the promotion of retail products. EH is old school - she consolidates power, eliminates those that question her or cause her fear or anxiety, and is all about wanting even MORE power. That is why no strong minded, independant thinkers can work with or for her for more than a couple of years without either quiting or being worked out. Do some people last longer under her - sure. But that's because they are lap puppies who are willing to do always do what she says or implies she wants, as opposed to the best or right thing. I hate to say it, but I blame Mr Solomon for not realizing she has driven so many people out and doing something about it. I guess he likes what he is getting from her.
On a funnier note, let's talk about what she wears at meeting when presenting to the sales force. What is with that? Her outfits are as inappropriate and outlandish as her attitude toward her team.
 






The CIA didn't affect Forest. We ignored what was told. What DM has ever told u to give a fair and balanced message. Just the opposite. Make our products great, the competitors suck and if we push off label, oh well. HS is ultimately responsible. He knows, or should know what is going on. As long as the stock is good, they close their eyes to immoral and illegal tactics.
