You are the ridiculous one. All anyone has stated on here were facts. By your own admittance, this was a 2 year gig, but without the promised income. If you are not looking for another job at this point, then you are the biggest moron. There is absolutely no future here.
 






Salary is a promise and a bonus is always a maybe. You knew the role you took. Maybe a big payout but maybe not. 401k, car, a second product in development or co-promote was always a huge maybe (still the case even if not sold)>

If not sold now what are you doing because clearly many have lost nerve, interest,etc
Better move quick to that next interview. Did you read the facts? only 6 months or less. 2 months severance, all reps let go but S and R have secured their big positions (wonder if they included their boss T on that deal)

Seriously, if you are let go mid year none of you cp writers and readers better complain. According to the cp facts you were to be bankrupt twelve months ago. Therefore, all have had 18 months to find something new> do you know how many actually have?

Gosh, all you're mumbling and garbling. You make no sense. What drugs are you on? There is only one definite fact here and that is there is no future. A smart person would be looking for a secure job right now.

Other then selling the company and cleaning house how much more of a hint do you need. There was the potential for a future but that dream was erased by early 2011 and that reality has not changed. im not even here.

I'm not even the original poster, but I have to comment on your post. You are the one that seems to have the problem. If you don't like the comments left on Cafepharma then simply don't go online and read them as you are quick to defend Cadence. I don't know what city you are from, but these days it is very hard to find a good quality job. Sure, many of these reps could just take any old sh*t job to get out, but they arnt stupid enough to do that. Its going to take time to find another job and in some city's there isn't much out there at the moment. People have families to support and they just are not going to quit. So take that into consideration. I promise you that there will be more resignations very soon, just not as many as people would like. I also promise you that every smart rep is looking right now, if you are no longer with the company, then I feel even more sorry for you as you should seek counseling. Most people that leave move on...and don't keep surfing the Cadence board.
