CTLs are being asked to call offices reps were just in, according to IRep, and ask a few questions about level of service. Did you feel representative was professional, courteous, did they resolve any issues, and how would you rate them on a scale of 1-10. This is a way to have us stand out from other companies in regards to service. It is also a way to catch reps faking calls. Once you submit a call it pops up on CTL IPAD. Remember that company requires us to submit immediately.
