Obviously you are a moron. why are you bragging about covering for a pss when you get nothing out of it? they make commission on sales while you sample dump for free. Let me guess you drank the koolaid that your dm poured you. If you were really smart you would do as little as possible for the pathetic pay and get a second job. what do DMs make on this contract? There are no sales goals to meet so what are they managing you to do? I've seen the CSA in my area; nice, naive, seems hard working. Don't think he'll have trouble finding work if this ends. The managers will have a hard time finding work after this gig
 












41 territories were lost due to new crestor targeting. Csas still have 400 territories and will still promote nexium, crestor, and symbicort. Also, once they eventually lose nexium they will be adding abother drug. Csa's will be around for a while.

why would they get rid of csa's when they can keep milking them? Give them more work like pharmacy calls and tordorza with no increase in pay. Want something done for free? Just hand it over to a csa and tell them they have to do it

The DM is there to make sure the CSA is holding the iPad correctly and showing the media show to as many disinterested people in the office as possible. Also to yell at us every time we forget to say the fair balance statement or to mention the boxed warnings for Symbicort, which the PSSs never do. They are also there to make sure we leave a stack of leave behinds and PIs that get thrown in the garbage as soon as we turn our backs.

We got a raise once. I think it equaled to about a total of $15 more a month after taxes. I think this contract will end. We will probably get notice sometime in Oct.
