Alot of opportunity and not enough time spent in the field. Accounts are being lost and no one is saying a word. I'm being penalized for a weak kae and management. WTF.
Get used to it because it is not going to get easier or better. #beenthere Throw in billing adjustments, crazy and ever changing reimbursements being out of your control along with a comp plan that sucks. If you can handle being micromanaged over things that are out of your control and responsible for everything but control very little, then stay. If not, get out while you can. It won't change and there are plenty of better jobs out there. The only plus is recruiters appreciate the hunter and closer role and if you take a new role somewhere else, it will feel like a swedish massage conpared to this.
