Manager = loser. More or less they are a high paid administrator who need to prove their job worth/need to people above them. Pay reps more and get rid of rmbd's
Son you need to be logging more calls in CRM. 2 calls is not enough. Get on it. Ball lickin joke

Reps are good at selling, but some have difficulty seeing the big picture. Logging calls, site visits, etc. helps managers give the reps the support they need. If anything we need more middle managers over some of the out of control reps!!!!
There are a higher number out of control micro managers than there are out of control reps. It's really not that hard to manage a rep. Give autonomy to a rep and treat them like an adult. Create goals for short term and long term. Be on the same page for the highest priorities and measureables you are graded on and revisit with the once a month. If they aren't doing there job fire them and hire somebody who will. Its really not that difficult. Acting as a babysitting micro manager is a major turn off for any rep. Hire mature people who can work autonomously. problem solved.
