CRM Town Hall Tomorrow

















A succinct email or a pre-recorded video code have accomoshed the same think.


This is not the Novartis way young Padawan. We thrive on internal calls and blowing everything out of proportion. Although a logical individual might surmise that we could reach our objective of 2x as many patients, 2x as fast (sell sell sell you bitches) by allowing our field teams as much field time as possible, that is not consistent with Novartis ethos of "thou shall first focus on administration and internal activities and constant reorgs"
 




Are you all really buying that 1400 CRM field reps, ADSARs, ADSOCs, ABLs etc will not have any sales force reduction? Seems like that would be what you would say to a team in the middle of an important launch so that people don’t jump ship, starting focusing on looking for another opportunity or so that morale doesn’t becomes low?
It’s kinda hard to believe given the fact that reductions are planned everywhere else! Now you are saying … everywhere but CRM?! Hmmmmm?

Corp communication that came today via email talks about the transforming for growth hub. In it states the following…..

Mike Exton will continue in his role as Global and US Head of the Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic (CRM) Franchise until CRM moves into the new US pharma operating model. He is responsible for the growth and success of our CRM portfolio globally, a critical driver of our current and future success of Novartis. Mike’s main area of focus is the launch of LEQVIO in the US.

Note the “until CRM moves into the new US pharma operating model”. I wasent able to be on Town Hall. Did they discuss if they have a timeline for this transition, or is dependent on Leqvio. Clearly that’s when the large layoff will occur in CRM.
 








Leadership is doing what they can to prevent a mass exodus from the CRM franchise. Leadership has large retention bonuses at stake. 8/30/22 will be a big day for everyone. Neurolgy was led to believe they would be ok and then they experienced a 30% head count reduction.

CRM is about to start hemorrhaging FRM's by Q 3. Leadership is a phony as it gets. They are more concerned with perception than reality. Go answer 40 text messages, go take another module, don't forget to do your evolve goals. While your at take 8 more car modules and be sure to take a driving training module.
