Are you all really buying that 1400 CRM field reps, ADSARs, ADSOCs, ABLs etc will not have any sales force reduction? Seems like that would be what you would say to a team in the middle of an important launch so that people don’t jump ship, starting focusing on looking for another opportunity or so that morale doesn’t becomes low?
It’s kinda hard to believe given the fact that reductions are planned everywhere else! Now you are saying … everywhere but CRM?! Hmmmmm?

How many of the Neurosci folks were given the FedEx package?Ask your fellow Neuroscience sales reps if you should believe leadership when they tell you that sales force reductions will not occur...
30-40% in CRM will be let go in the fallLeadership is doing what they can to prevent a mass exodus from the CRM franchise. Leadership has large retention bonuses at stake. 8/30/22 will be a big day for everyone. Neurolgy was led to believe they would be ok and then they experienced a 30% head count reduction.
