I think Mike leaving is no big deal. They are all in this position for 2 years max and then move on. He has been here longer than most. Plus, might not even be leaving Novartis. Just moving to diff opportunity internally. Seems like it’s been obvious Mike would be leaving since left to do weird Harvard class. He has been MIA since.

I’m not looking forward to the wet blanket under him getting promoted. I’m sure they will somehow announce another 5 layers of middle management to add to this train wreck while they are at it.
 








Why are they involving us in endless Town Halls if this won’t affect us? I’m sitting in my car, not seeing a customer to listen to another meeting about who Duane reports to?
