You mean goofball(s)??? Some r gone and many still remain in this division. Just like most places. How do they survive??
This division is horrible especially R&D with a nutjob bipolar "director" who can't direct a wet dream if his life depended on it and a wackjob SVP who is getting ready to retire and does not give a shit. Quality and Operations are even worse with amateurs pretending to be engineers. But if you are a loud mouth you also can become a director in operations. So if you value your career don't come here, you have been warned.
