I interviewed with them years ago and wasn't hired. I thought they went out of business (maybe just in this market). I don't remember specifics but it wasn't a LOT but the stress seemed much lower than what I am used to (which is why I applied) and let's face it, peds are so cool to call on
 






Used to work there and I resigned a yr ago. Run like crazy, and don't look back. Great product, but disgusting environment to work in as a Rep. Company treats Reps like trash and the Rep manager will be your worst nightmare...e v e r. Rep retention is hideous due to him. Lies like crazy, stacks the deck to his favorites, volatile, talks poorly about one rep to another on a frequent basis, huge HR violations that are swept under the rug (hot temper, chaotic, favorites on team not held accountable) & bonus's/goals are completely unattainable. RUN
 






Had a friend that worked there as a Rep and she was miserable. Complained of the bad management and lack of leadership. She told me stories that were unbelievable and I thought stuff like that didn't really happen anymore but unfortunately this company hasn't realized that the Rep manager has a serious problem. You were good to get out!
 












I recently applied, would love to hear any updates info? I had great impressions of the team, sales leaders, and company strategy since leadership change about 1.5 years ago.
 


















Cranial Tech is insinuating that reps are to continue working in the field, although cities and states are entering lockdown. Their priorities of the people versus short-term dollars is astounding. Once we get through this, top reps will jump ship and the tales will spread that this company did not care AT ALL about supporting the health of their field reps. The doctors will tell you that this isn't necessary in the face of a pandemic, if they send the severe cases that is already a win in times like these
 






Big warning to anyone checking this thread. This company leadership not only pushed reps into field during lockdown - including states with WORST infection rates - Additionally, A rep was exposed to covid and recorded their direct manager on phone saying that They need to stay in field regardless. Stay in field because that is what they’re paid to do.

Just.... let that sink in people. The priority of a buck over countless lives you could spread the virus to.

Reps have left, all are appalled, and no one can say anything because we are trapped from fear of no Other options due to covid. And leadership knows this. Freezing benefits that haven’t returned, and stacking goals to pre-covid and blatant refusal to acknowledge that covid plays a factor.

I understand the company is small and could have drowned due to the pandemic. This can cause rash decisions. However, outside of LTAC sales I have never seen such a consistent disregard of human suffering in a company meant to SERVE a part of community.
