Covid outbreak at recent meeting???

Yes!!! I agree... there are so many risks with the vaccine and they never mention those. What happened to natural immunity, what if we already had covid? This is all insanity.
There are not “so many risks” with the vaccine. We sell drugs that have “risks” that are several orders of magnitude greater than anything that could ever happen from a vaccine. Vaccines DO induce natural immunity…they do it without you having to get the virus. That’s how they work. They produce an immune response FROM YOUR OWN BODY and all’s that your left with is YOUR OWN ANTIBODIES. But without the chance of dying or getting seriously ill.

How can people who work for a Pharma company be so stupid?

Ok folks here is the deal. This is what is called a shark bump in politics. Let’s float a bad idea and let’s see the reaction. If there is a terrible response leadership can say we didnt mean that. “It was just an idea”.
If there is no pushback they go along with it, thinking no one cares.

you better lose you shit over this survey. It’s the only way to push back.

wasn’t it nice that diabetes isnt required to have a vaccination…just obesity. See this makes no sense, so leadership is using this as a trial balloon.

notice how Brian looked like he had sucked a lemon as he was talking about it. He looked just like Doug last year fumbling through the layoff announcements. This is an action that will disrupt business and novo team unity.

Pushback and make them back off.

Thanks for being a good citizen, but using all caps doesn't help your argument. Look at the VAERS site, which traditionally reports about 10% of the actual AEs. Almost 6,000 deaths directly related to the vaccines in 2021 so far. Do the math on that relative to the reporting. You think that qualifies as a "risk" in your book?

Anyone can report to vaers without verification and there are enough idiot anti vaxxers out there like you wacky enough to lie about their great grandma dying. News flash: even if your number was correct, a lot of elderly who got vaccinated in January would have died by August this year from old age, cancer, strokes, what have you. Go visit any nursing home. It doesn’t make the vaccine responsible because they died sometime after receiving it.

Maybe you should ask your manager what happens if you refuse to vaccinate before the meeting. You can stay home. I don’t want you anywhere near the rest of us.

No. They just don’t want to go to a meeting, and they’re using covid as a crutch. It gets you out of all the stuff you don’t want to do - just ask the teacher’s union. People aren’t really scared. They just act like they are when it’s convenient to them.
Okay buddy, you got me. I am fine doing my daily bs in the field, but I honestly dont want to got to another stupid POA. WHY when we can do it virtually? If anyone on this page has been in pharma more than 10 years--YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN! Listen, another meeting is just a dog and pony show for marketing. They only have "sema connect" to force us to watch the stupid mindless blah blah blah, but in person, in person---that is the big stage, that is how they put the sales force in awe, and dazzle us with the mindless marketing gem games, scanners, and other crap. Eating at buffets, sleeping in a hotel room, having to smile all day at people you will never see until next year---give us the option for christs' sake. Let us stay home!
We really dont need to be together. Honest.

I love people who cite CDC’s VAERS while ignoring the entirety of the rest of the CDC’s data (or the fact that it shows zero causation…unliked the randomized placebo controlled studies that demonstrated the overwhelming safety and efficacy profile of vaccines).

you know I dont have to get a vaccine for yours to "work" right?
what are you going to say when the safety and "protection" data you are leaning on turns out to be a failure. if you don't beleive me look at Israel and Iceland. What you are putting your hope on, and forcing on others isnt working.
why dont we all as adults say this thing is here for good. then we can all take a deep breath and learn to live with it. Lets focus attention and resources on how to treat when you get it, because we all are going to get it 5 or 6 times in our lifetime. lets work in unison on this?

I think a case could be made. We sell a product that requires us to have fda approval. Yet our very own company wants us to take a med that hasn’t gone through the regulator process and doesnt conclude phase 3 trials till the end of next year.
Isn’t this making a set of rules for one patient type and another set of rules for another??
