One person? It is about 10% of the company actually. Members of the ET got covid while at poa too. Completely unnecessary to have a full week in Vegas to review materials we already knew. The meeting was a spectacle once again feeding the oversized egos of the marketers who spend their days wasting money. Does the entire department really need to be at our sales meeting???

How many people do you know of that got COVID from the Vegas meeting?

Novo is so far behind other pharma companies. Still does things like we are in the 90s. Most companies do virtual mtgs or are local and 1 or 2 days. These meetings are a way to justify jobs in house. Nothing more. Waste of time and money. And so friggin stupid during a pandemic. They “care about their people” NOT

Missed the company meeting because I was working. Did they say anything about the people who got a religious/medical exemptions? I’ve had Covid, I’ve tested every week since November (during Jan and Feb twice a week) and I’m always negative since I have natural immunity. Will we still be required to test? It seems the only people that Covid in Vegas were those employees that were double vaxxed and/or boosted too.
