Company will always be reactionary with current leadership in place.
Let’s be honest, don’t sell us on big picture when the leadership in place can’t handle simple strategic task that impact our customers and patients. This time of uncertainty for many, I am not confident who we have leading us and our careers.
So who else is looking to leave even if we go back to work

umm- What “wrong people” did they get rid of the first time? You mean the people who were fired? Are you saying the people that have been here 3+ years bringing in more than 3/4 of the sales should have been fired? Or are you saying the people keeping the company afloat should leave? What exactly are you saying? This can only be coming from one of the clueless voids at HQ. If all the “it’s not my fault” top producing complainers leave, this company will be even worse off than it is now. This company doesn’t have the luxury of giving all the “non complaining” new reps you’re talking about the time needed to bring in big money. Everyone needs time to ramp up, that’s proven. Besides, give these non complainers a few months, they’ll be complaining before you know it. It’s inevitable!! If the company culture and management doesn’t change, the reps here will ALWAYS feel screwed and mistreated, because they are and always have been.
