Covid-19

You're clearly clueless as to what finance employees do. Educate yourself. Maybe go back to school. You're obviously miserable in your career or lack of it. Taking cheap shots and putting others down makes you feel better because you're unhappy.
You are definitely from finance. Demeaning others in attempt to hide the truth is their thing. People who really work hard and are overwhelmed wouldn't have time to post all this dirty stuff on CP.

100% that plus covid fatigue. Covids got the lonely lonelier and the miserable more miserable than ever. It's best to just ignore.

Disgusting filth that walks amongst us. I am sure if those depending on finance to do THEIR work (mainly because they only work three hours a day) were intelligent, they would be able to interpret the data provided to them. Time to stop the “hand holding”.

Has anyone heard on our return-to-normal plans? Do you think company will sponsor vaccination for those who want to go back to office full time?

Summer of 2022 if we follow the science.
We need to allow time for everyone to get the vaccine or get the virus and then add six months to that for safety. On top of that, it must happen during the summer season and not during the cold months.

Agree! We definitely need to follow science, and not upper management. Look at the horrendous decisions made in the past 3 years. SAP implementation, disaster. Model En/Vistex, disaster. Shared Services, disaster. Goes on and on.

Follow science, LOL. Taro is all about economics and ROA (Return on America). If the Covid exodus lasts until Summer 2022 and all business is work at home and driven via the net, then you can bet that all services will become shared. Not with Princeton, but with Mumbai. Or some other 20 cents on the dollar country. Not surprised if that strategy is not already moving along swiftly. You need salespeople to interact with customers, you don't need remote paper pushers. That would close the second floor for good and save rent and office expenses. Avon lady will have to go virtual. Or find another sucker company to double dip.

The wheels are definitely moving to a 100% Shared Service route. I am sure if you polled the 2nd floor 9 out of 10 would say they did not sign up for this when they accepted employment. The only thing saving the West Chester building is it’s owned, not leased. Until they figure out that mistake the 2nd and 3rd floors are safe. Jesus sacrificed his life for you, remember it’s only a job people. The parent company thinks it’s your LIFE. Sorry homie don’t play those rules.
