In most cases perhaps. But the people that think it isnt sales definitely dont know how to sell. Which is definitely the case with the majority of the chumps that will be in KC next week.

Some people definitely sell in this industry. I do and you will watch me walk across stage Tuesday night. And more than once.

But where are derm reps going to go? How many companies in derm are launching new drugs? Everyone knows the derm job is a step above primary care. I don't see them even being approached by Gilead for this drug.

So true! She no doubt uses that as leverage on the regular. She can’t keep her nose out of the Rheum side, either. This place would have a decent shot at improving if she would leave. I’m sure that she can sleep with someone else out there to get another job.

Still wouldn’t be surprised if a big group headed over there...if they will pay. Tough to give up being the leader in nRX for PSA to go sell the 4th JAK that has worse efficacy than Abbvie’s new one. While it may have a better safety profile in the data, the FDA will probably give it a black box, too. I don’t see them getting very good coverage, either. AbbVie and bundle rebates with Humira.

Ed went to a cardiology startup that doesn't even have a product approved. Best of luck to him, I don't think he could have handled the culture at Gilead. Most at Novartis couldn't.
