The reason ANYONE stays at Insys is greed. It’s toxic. They know they cannot make what they do anywhere else. For most it’s a lack of talent, some because of poor performance in past employment history, others are too old to make a change
The one thing in common at Insys is the employees are all defective. Thus.. not going anywhere til pushed out.

Actually a perfect fit for Insys

The fact that you don’t like the company is one thing, attacking people that work there and insulting them, saying they are stupid is another. You show your lack of intelligence and integrity by grouping together everyone because you don’t like the company. I can’t speak for everyone but I know plenty of intelligent people at Insys and they are there because they want to be. Maybe it’s just the right fit for some and not for others.
