I would highly recommend it. Astellas is very open to negotiate with disgruntled people. I’ve already shopped around and lawyers are quoting employee settlements with Astellas left and right. They like to hush people up who don’t agree with their radical agendas and poor treatment by inexperienced managers.

Please post names and links to the legal representation that you've contacted? Most lawyers I know need the referrals, and your can get a nice "finders" fee.
