I hear from friends at other companies that they are hearing the same BS from their diversity and inclusion departments. We will all now identify as African Americans and immediately request reparations in the form of promotions and raises. Isn’t the new America great.

I would highly recommend it. Astellas is very open to negotiate with disgruntled people. I’ve already shopped around and lawyers are quoting employee settlements with Astellas left and right. They like to hush people up who don’t agree with their radical agendas and poor treatment by inexperienced managers.Someone on this chain referred to the first amendment. It doesn’t exist at ASTELLAS! You can’t speak your mind or push back because the new leadership consists of brainwashed weak dopes that push their political agendas on us. Maybe it is time to push back with legal representation to protect our equal rights and freedoms.
