Everyone just ignore the troll trying to suppress us. The posts are annoying and in the way, just scroll past them, don’t respond to them, and ignore them. It’s obviously HR Or D&I, they not even smart enough to at least change their tone to sound like someone different if they want to be a believable troll .
 


















If you think there is only one person opposed to the organization’s stance on diversity and inclusion, you are sadly mistaken. A good portion of Americans are fed up, with this nonsense. Just Look at the polls and NBA ratings to see not everyone is on board.

You are free to a) vote with your feet and leave, b) stop whining on here and be part of the solution. Get signatures of like-minded Astellians and demand change.

There are more than one of us that believe in equality based on merit not skin color. Lots of us are pissed. Call us what you will, deplorable or trolls. Yes we work here and talk behind closed doors because this whole movement is BS.
 






Someone on this chain referred to the first amendment. It doesn’t exist at ASTELLAS! You can’t speak your mind or push back because the new leadership consists of brainwashed weak dopes that push their political agendas on us. Maybe it is time to push back with legal representation to protect our equal rights and freedoms.

I hear from my friends at other companies that they have identically worded threads and posts pop up at the exact same times. The closer we get to November, the more we will hear from her. Her threads will always quickly arrive at the same conclusion: to vote against the current President and his family is to vote against the Lord, democracy, and freedom.
 






I hear from friends at other companies that they are hearing the same BS from their diversity and inclusion departments. We will all now identify as African Americans and immediately request reparations in the form of promotions and raises. Isn’t the new America great.
 






I really hope the Person responding to these posts doesn’t actually work for ASTELLAS. Oh yeah that’s right they probably had to meet a quota. That’s the only reason they were able to score a job here!

They’re gonna have to back-pedal on it, just like Astellas will or lose involvement with federal programs......“all agencies are directed to begin to identify all contracts or other agency spending related to any training on ‘critical race theory,’ ‘white privilege,’ or any other training or propaganda effort that teaches or suggests either (1) that the United States is an inherently racist or evil country or (2) that any race or ethnicity is inherently racist or evil,” Vought added. “In addition, all agencies should begin to identify all available avenues within the law to cancel any such contracts and/or to divert Federal dollars away from these un-American propaganda training programs”

I would highly recommend it. Astellas is very open to negotiate with disgruntled people. I’ve already shopped around and lawyers are quoting employee settlements with Astellas left and right. They like to hush people up who don’t agree with their radical agendas and poor treatment by inexperienced managers.
