For me, Academy is the litmus test. I've battled through all of the BS for five years including the most depressing NSM ever in Denver. In Orlando it will be good to swap perspectives with old friends and be able to look leadership in the eye in a small setting. If there is no positive message that we've turned the corner, I'm out. There are too many good opportunities versus this slow motion train wreck. Good luck to all.

Merger was hell. I'll take the current environment over that any day. At least for us plebs here in ops..
