Yes it will be great like when we bought Jansen Gloves, or Maxim Gloves or Angelica or maybe even when we bought Carrington Labs wound care. If this goes through that will be the end of Convatec as a viable product line. R&D at Medline is replicate and duplicate. Medline can take over any successfull company and ruin the name in a matter of a year or so.
 




































We really don't know what to believe but this will not be a good ride, I hope this does not happened untill Q4. Those that have an inside track or connection please continue to keep us posted on the merger. Thanks
 
























This stream is dead and buried. Medline has never considered and will not buy Convatec. Get on with another rumor. Lets aim high. How about Medline buying Cardinal. That's as about as far fetched or better yet Medline buying HPG or Kaiser.

The Convatec rumor was always utter BULLSHIT. Why would anyone want to buy that Shit House?!
 






You had better hope they do not buy them or anyone else. The reason is that the more of the competetion Charlie buys, they less you have to compete for the business and thus the less Charlie feels he needs to pay you.

Ding*Ding*Ding-how many good people have yall lost in the last couple of years because Charlie arbitrarily decides the work you do is no longer worth being compensated for. I know several people who had their bonus structured changed after they blew it out with out being told. The fact is they can no longer brag about how much they pay reps. I saw my territory split after I left and given to people that they are only paying 30k a year for when I was making close to 200k.

So we can discontinue Aquacel AG and replace with Maxsorb AG. This way more CEOs will be forced into buying our knock-offs. After that, we will all be fired. Our wound care products suck & everyone knows it! Anyone else feel this way?
 






Looks like a Q4 deal and they want to get it done in 14, makes perfect sense with the pipeline and tax savings. I just wish we were in talks with a real video company like Storz or Olympus
