Does Purdue give you a list of targets which you cannot deviate or are you allowed to think??? Samples or not? Curious. Hard sell if no samples.

Sounds like territories are very large. I spoke with a recruiter today will be setting up DDI for this week or next.

There will be no samples carried but doctors can sign for samples to be shipped.(controlled) For those who do not want controlled samples in the office, they can receive pharmacy coupons.

Yes they do. You have to bring college transcript and have minimum 2.8 GPA overall. Not too bad.

Seems like they just posted one of these in my area today. I thought this contract was already up and running.

I have interview tomorrow for this position. Recruiter says the salary is $60K plus launch bonus potential. It is what it is. At least it is a solo position and one product only.

A lot of people didn't pass their background checks. That was the reason for most of the positions that were reopened. As far as I know almost all the openings are filled now.

Did the interview, wow, is that one big territory. Will be quite a bit of overnight travel, and must have first call by 8:30am.

The interviewing DM said they had indeed hired a rep, but the rep already left and moved on.

Wrong. A few did not pass their background checks, most of the openings are due to people taking the job and then quitting due to better offer, etc. There are still openings.
