Where the hell have you been the last few months? This did this first with Dompé, then a few who went to Kala...now with those leaving for Eyepoint. It's all a bunch of BULLSHIT! They didn't do this back in April last year with all the people that left for aerie and sun. They are just scared shitless bc people want to GTFOSo Shire has sent a letter from their legal Dept to all eye care companies telling them we have all signed a non-compete agreements and are not to be contacted.
Funny how they poached most of us from eye care companies, but get pissed if someone leaves to go to another eye care company. Also, aren’t they misleading potential employers because the non compete says for similar drugs? I guess I shouldn’t be surprised by their lack of ethical behavior.

This is accurate. Legally, Shire has no right to prevent you from earning a living in the area of your skills. They will not go after reps who land jobs at competitors. They can and will at times exercise the DNC for senior level executives which is why they get the big severance packages, to cover the six months to a year they are out.No they don't care

My vindictive manager tried to fire one of my former colleagues for leaving to a competitor AFTER they quit. So just be aware. They still got their bonus and everything.This is accurate.
