Because expectations are insane. Silvina is powerless to save the people she hired. CEO is insane and doesn’t know jack shit about US. Erick is all about saving himself for as long as he can - he knows his days are numbered. Christina M is a bitch and riding Alastin honeymoon. Mike shires is a mole and a fucktard. I can go on and on but I think that’s plenty of reasons.

CEO is totally insane and he knows absolutely nothing about the US but Silvina is not the right leader either. We need a new CEO and an experienced US Head who will hire real talent. We need a pipeline, a culture and a healthy work environment. Without Galderma will continue to be a clusterfuck.

Of the most deceitful people I have ever met. At this point they think that’s how damaged all humans are. It’s a part of their day to day to lie, cheat and create unnecessary drama. They thrive on hiring weak people and leading them by scare tactics. HR is a huge culprit in this. Then it’s the US leadership team. Overall, just bad.

I am on the Consumer team. Philip was fantastic and we were all sad to see what happened to him. He was not given enough time to make an impact on the business as consumer sales are a long game. By Jan, retailers already have Q1-Q3 plans set. Mauricio was brought in (so Fleming could tout a new leader). So far, he seems to be thoughtful and understands the business. We are still in a period of educating him on everything so not sure what direction he’ll take us. Every new leader drives a complete reset of marketing and sales plans which has been extremely difficult as we’ve had new leadership every year for the last 3 years.

Not surprisingly, there is a lot of frustration and disappointment with Fleming and the Global team. The US Consumer team (specifically marketing and sales teams) is a fantastic group of smart and hardworking people. Its surprising that more people haven’t left yet but I think the CLT (Christine, Meredith, Lindsey, Tyler) deserves credit for that. We stay because we want to fight with and for them. But, I fear time is running out. With Philip being replaced, budgets being slashed, concerns about the Dallas office being shuttered and everyone being forced to relocate to Miami or be fired - people are scared. There is talk of Global assuming all marketing responsibilities as awful Tara builds up her team in Switzerland.

The damage that EQT and Fleming have done to the consumer business and the Cetaphil/Differin brands is tragic. EQT has no experience running a consumer organization and has run it like a pharma/medical company which has hurt. The best thing they could have done is sell off the consumer division but then they wouldn’t have their Integrated Derm Company story which is a crock of sh—. Consumers don’t know or care that Galderma also sells Nemo or Dysport.

2025 - another fun year.
