Because expectations are insane. Silvina is powerless to save the people she hired. CEO is insane and doesn’t know jack shit about US. CEO is totally insane and he knows absolutely nothing about the US but Silvina is not the right leader either. We need a new CEO and an experienced US Head who will hire real talent. We need a pipeline, a culture and a healthy work environment. Without Galderma will continue to be a clusterfuck.

Silvina asks people to do things in the hope that she can fix it before Flemming finds out. Often times that’s not the case. So people end up following what was supposed to be and is disconnected from Flemming’s thinking and his minions. Then something blows up and everyone points fingers. Enter Shires - Shires runs around like an asshole blaming someone. On more than one occasion I have heard them talk about how to keep global teams in the dark. Then collectively the “gang” finds a scapegoat to keep things calm for a bit. Repeat.

Good question - greedy people on US leadership team. They are some
Of the most deceitful people I have ever met. At this point they think that’s how damaged all humans are. It’s a part of their day to day to lie, cheat and create unnecessary drama. They thrive on hiring weak people and leading them by scare tactics. HR is a huge culprit in this. Then it’s the US leadership team. Overall, just bad.
