The targeted pathologist was persistently harshly harassed, and was eventually forced out. It was all covered up.

Acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) needs t(15;17) or RARA rearrangement for making diagnosis. Targeted pathologist was framed for missing APL without such translocation. It is in the list of HR.

How can you be framed for a medical impossibility? WHO criteria are pretty clear. Must have been the attempted cover up that got them "framed".
 






If you're going for fraud you should focus your energy on AQUA. Genoptix was aware there was an issue in late 2012. Ask CE. Or take look at the overcharging and over testing. Compare a labcorp bill to a Genoptix bill.

All these amazing and impossible things have happened in Cartesian Medical Group over the past several years since Novartis merger. Once pathologists are on the target list, they have been framed by such fabrications. Pathologists have been framed for missing serious hematological malignancy diagnoses, while pathology reports, WHO criteria, peer reviews all indicate otherwise. Not just one, but several pathologists have been framed when they raise red flags of fraud and misconducts. It is all in the record of HR. Pathologists are retaliated and evicted by these fabrications.
