The only reason this division is making it is because Intuitive Surgical has been telling Doc's to use their V-Care product over the past two years which has bascially saved this division as they were heading nowhere with their current product mix and management team.
Really depends on what shape the sales territory is in. If it's on the decline you will struggle for awhile until you build it up. If it's in good shape you should have a decent chance to make some money in $ 100k range. Also depends if the manager is a good coach and will work with you to succeed.
