No, I wouldnt call their comments jealousy because many of the comments were valid. Welcome to the industry of vastly fake and plastic people. The meetings are sickening how you can see the multiple brown nosers and fake ass people that are so insincere and not even good enough to fool anyone. The top 3 representatives are very lucky to have the territories they have. Extremely lucky in fact. They are not better sales people than any of the others, just lucky.
 






The only people looking for jobs are the petty ones complaining about not getting gifted accounts. There were a LOT of reps that got gifted accounts from reps leaving, and not "favorite" reps or reps that were struggling. I have to admit it was a slow start and I was looking after 6-8 months but my hospitals have finally added and stocking and ordering regularly and I'm making pretty good cash. Not EVERYONE is looking. I've heard so much bs in the field that I had to get on CP to see what everyone really was complaining about. I really think its the same 3 or 4 people complaining about the same things. Then 1 or 2 people replying just to stir the pot. Stop posting on CP and go work. You might see a difference in your sales if you actually work 40 hours a week. Yes that means getting in the field by 8 and working til 430-5. And just because you get to Starbucks in the hospital by 830 doesn't mean you're actually working. Try going to talk to customers all day. Not just one or two in the morning, go to lunch then hit the gym, play golf, or watch a movie. Get real people

You are out of your mind if you don't think the majority is unhappy at Cadence. Your comments are pathetic and you contradict yourself. I've heard so much bs in the field so I had to check out CP! What a pathetic statement! You really sound like a first class loser. Here is some advice for you. This is a very secure company DON'T entertain other jobs. "All the way to the bank"...LOL. My colleague left here, and is making similar bonus payouts. PLUS a slightly higher base, 401K, ESPP, company perks, and has the security to go along with it.

They are crushing their 401K, while still collecting the same bonuses they was making here. There are other options who pay really well. So stop cliniging to this "we are making SO much money" thing.
