Not a shock to anyone that we're looking at layoffs, but still I am so sad for everyone involved. I heard MS quit basically in protest. The whole thing sucks! When you could show some compassion and treat people with respect, why no severance and screw people on bonuses? Why would anyone work for them again?
 






Woke up this morning hoping it was all just a bad dream. It wasn't. I am now unemployed without the 12K bonus I worked so hard to receive. Will get the severence package today and I already know there will be nothing there. I don't know what is worse, looking for a job in this economy or working for Strativa knowing I would not get a Q2 bonus either. I think we all lost on this one.
 






we have to get some sort of sev....yes the company blows and treats people awful worst company i have ever worked for in my life!!! i rode it out as long as i could. i hope i just get some sort of sev!
 






It's a shame that people were laid off. However, the person who designed the bonus structure should have been fired! How can a company survive by giving out an $8K bonus to a rep that generates 30 TRx's worth about $7K. This doesn't even account for the base salary, car and benefits. The math doesn't work and we are only talking about Oravig.

Perhaps all these lay offs could have been avoided if the upper management team could do basic math.
