Someone please stop him, we can’t sustain any more damage!! 20% of the paraguard team has quit, we have no marketing dept and we’re on the verge of the biggest launch in paragaird history since its introduction… someone needs to stop this guy before the entire salesforce leaves, everyone’s interviewing, more people will leave every week, either he goes or we all go! Figure it out, get rid of him, and we can salvage this launch!
 












I’m on the way out. I don’t make enough money to work here anymore. We can ALL make much more (40-80k more on salary) at pretty much anywhere else.

Since MM has been here he has been burning our BU to the ground. The culture, benefits, pay are all shit. This launch is going to be a disaster and like a true narcissist, MM will blame everyone but himself.

Jen made a mistake hiring this guy. Everyone knows he was runner up bc her 1st choice walked over Money $

Kind of funny that MM has cost this company so much money with hiring his $140k assistant, and massive turnover. Jen would have saved the company money by hiring her 1st choice!
 






Geez how many more will resign this week? I personally know 2 people who are out once their bonus check hits their account …

This whole company is a mess. From Marky Valentine on down. No one is being paid fairly but we’re all working harder than ever.
 






It’s a dumpster fire right now. I’ve gotten out of my bubble and spoken to colleagues all over the country…most of us are feeling the same way. Resumes are being polished up and interviews and being had. Cooper leadership is the worst.
 






Cooper Surgical - OB/Gyn/Specialty Surgical:
57 out of 88 sales reps are having to “pay back” their commissions. I am talking 10 - 20k plus. They informed the sales force 2 days before commissions were to be paid at the end of November. Email sent out the night of 11/26/24 and commissions were expected to be paid on 11/28/24.
Company changed their CRM order entry system during FY 2024 and we didn’t have accurate numbers the entire year. Company paid commissions 98% to plan and now reps are having to pay back commissions if you didn’t hit the number. The problem is - Cooper Surgical knows the numbers are still wrong but it is too expensive for them to go back and give accurate allocation of tracings. Soooooooo sad for a company to treat their sales force this way when they reported a growth year.
 






It’s appalling that a so-called “women’s health” company chose to hold its NSM in Florida—a state where women’s rights are under relentless attack—especially during election week. To make matters worse, after a rapist won the election, Matt Donnelly, yet another poor leader, had the audacity to get on stage, play a video with chants of “Hallelujah,” and clap along enthusiastically the very next morning. It was sickening and completely tone-deaf.
Why don’t executives face consequences for this kind of disgraceful behavior? These men in charge—MV, MD, GA, and CJ—should all be fired. It’s time to replace them with women who can actually lead with integrity and accountability.
BTW, CJ is by far the worst hire for a leadership role.
