I just looked it up and you are absolutely correct. It's the first time I have ever used the term. I should have looked it up first. You learn something new everyday, but I disagree that this qualifies me as a dumba$$. Whether or not I work for LCA doesn't make me one either. My experience in receiving comments such as these are either from a man with either a small brain or a small penis. Which are you ? If the answer is yes to both, you needn't reply.

The person above made a mistake. They admitted to it. They learned from it, yet you want to pursue it. After reviewing all posts on this site MidWest appears to be the only division that, in reading blogs, has not had any of these lovely posts - "sleep ins that lost contracts", "mgmt sleeping with direct reports", "mgmt painting rooms themselves", "poor managers that had to be fired by staff"... etc etc etc. This division, as compared to others on this site, is not only looking the best - but is still growing.

Point of thought? Before slamming your co-workers regardless of status (i.e. salary, mgmt, peers) - look at the other areas and places, looks to me this is the better area. BTW, IDIOTS stoop to racial slurs, regardless of race, creed, religion, sexual preference, wages and education.

JB, you are such an ass kisser, you drool. Speak the facts. Tell us about your lack of success with UHC. Tell us about how CPL is taking over Dallas and the vicinity right under your very snot nose. Tell us about your fearless leader BC being dethroned from the hospital division because of his lacking and losing. But he was given another chance because of who he blows, eh, knows. Let us talk about how many other national accounts your division has lost this past year ? So you want to compare your division to the others, then be forthright you loser.

BTW - I am an IDIOT if I point out the fact that you are struggling with your sexuality. As far as your status and salary are concerned, some companies need "step and fetch it's" like LabCorp. What you have done to achieve your status is commonly practiced in the ghettos everyday. You would not survive in a professional corporate environment. Those environments require innovative thinking, leadership, professionalism and most of all, intelligence. Puckering up will never replace those attributes. Really...what have you done for this company ? If you were to leave right now, what would your legacy be ? Do the entire company a favor and leave. You do not contribute. You are just another example of someone who just collects the paycheck.
 






Well, since the idiots have spoken, let a real sales rep from the Midwest (who actually works for LCA) respond:

1. CPL? HAHAHA - get a clue. This rag-tag orginization buys business period - they could not sell if their mother's life depended on it. Can't keep anyone that has a possibility of employment with Walmart long enough to learn anything. Crap quality.

2. Many folks do like working in this organization everyday and are working to make it better. Maybe because we do have so many trying to live a good life, that it works.

3. UHC is UHC - fact of life. The reality is that we have all made alot of money this year on huge sales increases, UHC is just part of the puzzle and will remain so. Quest is dying and given their future forced expense reductions, have some very hard road to travel. LCA is in the drivers seat.

4. Talk to any of the major lab partners who work with Quest, CPL and LCA. They will tell you to their face they prefer LCA, get more success with LCA, and respect the LCA Sales organization. They do *not* say the same things about Quest or CPL.

5. LCA is on a track to revitalize the sales organization the old fashioned way - from what I have heard at my lowly level, I am very encouraged and wait to see the changes.

Many of us like this field, as crazy as it is. The blowhards here that don't offer anything at all constructive should go somewhere else to spend their wasted little lives.

Too funny - you only prove my point. The only thing Sonic can do to grow is buy something. Problem is what is left in the US is high priced, full of problems and difficult to integrate. Coupled with CPL's pathetic leadership and you have a disaster ready to happen.

Trash and waste are the same thing. Dallas needs to take out their trash and JB should be in it ! He is a waste of a paycheck. What a waste and an embarrassment to all employees. JB is waste !!!
