Or what? They going to fire the majority of reps? Goe across every TA... CV, RI, BIO, ONC.... Everyone. Clean house and start over? Yea, that'll work well. Use a very old system that isn't relevant anymore and push people for those ridiculous calls per day, what did you think you would get?
Suggestion: Let the reps do what they think is best. Blow up TDFA. What do you have to lose? Remove all call metric measures.

They are looking for violations! Very likely you will break some rule during the day and they will have you! If you are smart fake sickness that day and they will move on.

What do you mean what’s going on? Have you been paying attention to what’s been happening and its impact on the stock price? They’ve got to be able to show Wall Street that compliance and ethics at AZ are more than just empty phrases and shiny toys for Pascal and Dave to point at in the yearly report to shareholders. They need scalps to show they take this stuff seriously. It’s much easier to get a few from low level dime a dozen reps than it is from their chosen favorites in high positions.

Do the right things and hope for the best. Or claim they’re creating a hostile work environment by targeting you for a field day. If you’re not a white male over age 50 it will work.
