My Options start at $14 so I will never see one dime out of them. Look at ONYX for type of stock value you will get if sold (or rumored to be sold). No stock doubles or triples in price. We could go up about 50% - 60% so I will still be below $14. No value here. Sorry.
 






It's obvious that upper management doesn't know what they are doing. This latest act proves it. Not every rep has 150 targets 20 minutes out the door. 3 to 4 days a week a rep has drive 1.5 hours to work an area. This just proves they don't get it. Hopefully they are not so delusional that a rep is going to get up at 5am and get ready for work and leave to get to an area and work to get home at 7pm and do it 5 days a week. Amarin will lose good reps and where will that get them with constant turnover? It's not gonna happen. Work smarter not harder.

I didn't sell anything last week. I was too focused on getting stupid detail-only signatures and avoiding my non-targets. I was sitting in a traffic jam worrying about the time stamp on my first call. Everything has changed with this letter. Thanks.
 






Yep, I realized why I am not at an office until around 10:00.

I plan in my office, answer e-mails, read journal articles, etc. instead of sitting in traffic, trying to get to an office in which I will sit until the doc arrives, anyway.

I feel like i was utilizing my time to the handle my business the right way. I am contiuing to grow my business even though not meeting the metrics, so I received a compliance memo.

Let's see which direction the numbers trend starting with this week's data.

You forgot to mention your stop at Starbucks and hanging out at the mall in the afternoon. The direction will probably be the same as before; which is not overly impressive.

You don't get it. I am not making enough to stop at Starbucks or shopping. I'm making less than I have in my last 14 years in this industry and still get treated like a rookie. Oh well bush league pharma at its best.
 






I think there some BS posts here. Only bottom 25% (~70 reps) got reviewed and about 25 letters went out. Company relized there are territory differences and acknowledged that in my regional call. Lets face it, there were some folks not working all that hard and some got caught.

How do you get a signature without entering a sample? I don't see how it can be done on the ipad.

I can't belive these post are still going on, I mean all post. This wanta be Pharma Comopany has been over since March. What can't you douch bags see? I mean really everyone hired has been in the industry damn near 10 years atleast.
 


















I log in calls while I drive down the road now at 8 in the morning during rush hour traffic. I would normally drop off literature at the no-see clinics I go to at around 9 when I get there and log the call in later that morning but I want them to know that I am out there pounding it!
 






You people just don't get it. Just do your jobs! I believe in this company! call me crazy I'm ready for all the insults, I work my ass off, not because I afraid I may get caught if I don't but because this is my territory, my business! Yea we don't make as much as we used to but who does? Be thankful, or leave,with car allowance and bonus and free food, etc. We still make close to 100 k . Come on grow up and believe in this company and believe in yourselves. the future is what we make it!

That couldn't have been Joe, the tone was too positive and not degrading enough. I think a lot of us used to really believe in this company, but it is hard to believe in something that is led by people that don't believe in you. Especially when you haven't given them any reason to feel that way.
