that he did as a rep and DM because I worked with him in the DC area.

Well it was only a matter of time, but I was just contacted by a lawyer regarding a class action female discrimination lawsuit. There seems to be a significant number of females with documents proving they were held back by male superiors and/or not considered for promotions on the Rx side. Here are the points outlined: the ratio of female DMs vs male, clear discrimination based on the total number of female vs male reps, as well as an all male executive board with no females. Lots of questions being asked about how management treated males vs females and if there were any documents to support the claims. Does not bode well for us. Wake up Galderma. Would hate to see layoffs because you are forced to settle millions of dollars to disgruntled females.

Galderma is a strong male dominated company and will remain that way. If the talent
exists , gender doesn't matter.

Great infomation my friend, It is not just specific to Galderma as a whole, it is all across the Dermatology Speciality, the payers don't respect or want to pay for Dermatology products.
More than half of all Dermatology scripts are P/A or blocked since Jan 2016. The payers think of Dermatology as cosmetic, non-life threating issues they can easily cut costs on. Even the generics, they are kicking back! Thanks Obama!

CoolSculpt and a few smaller cosmetic companies and sell off RX business.

Total BS . Name the great females that want promotion or are ready for it ? Didn't you hear about the disaster in Chicago ? Seen the current Crop of female managers ? One three years out of college , one completely completely lost in her new geography another failed miserably at PCI but was still promoted and even the rules about living in your territory waived !

C'mon , the company even hired a woman based on an Internet interview , how did that work out ? Don't play the sexism card , galderma needs major help in diversity period . But just show casing diversity with bad hiring is bad for everyone .

Our hotline is a joke with zero follow through.
A serious compliance violation was reported with specific dates and names, that was known by management and our competitors Valeant.
Nothing was done and it was ignored.

If anyone has any issues , you can use this information to fight and win.

Apparently, establish customers still need "experience" and "practice" in using the same products they've used for decades. Govt. doesn't get involved due to it being a cash business with no reimbursement. Galderma turns a blind eye to this so don't bother looking to them to resolve any other violations.
