Our hotline is a joke with zero follow through.
A serious compliance violation was reported with specific dates and names, that was known by management and our competitors Valeant.
Nothing was done and it was ignored.

If anyone has any issues , you can use this information to fight and win.

Take this seriously, unfortunately it's the only way that the legal department will listen.

There are targets either on your back or your team mates back. The company is looking for ways to get rid of you and minimize law suits with a paper trail.

It's important for you to do the right thing but if you think you are being unfairly treated or targeted then you are and will soon be out of a job. It's just a matter of time.
 




Galderma is such a gross place. If you are on a PIP, you are done. They will tell you that you've turned it around at the halfway mark, but you've been fired. They just want yoi to be as productive as possible until you are canned. It's like a sport in the Home Office. HR and Legal laugh and high 5 each other when they fire you. Galderma is morally and ethically dead.
 












That must be another example. I know about the specifics of this post and it's not
the Florida folks.
I think the rep had to sign a statement that it was not fraud but unclear definition
of spouse and spouse/business relationship. It was discussed at the National meeting
by a group of people of how our policy is unclear.
 








Compliance is a joke. They pick and choose who they go after.
They target reps like me target docs.
Very very sad .

My counterpart was canned last year after being put on a compliance PIP about something
everyone does. They just wanted him one. The PIP lasted over a year with promises
it will end and never did.

Something needs to be done about the unfairness that runs rampant within.
 




They like to point fingers and read the $ fines from other companies but
do nothing when their own people break the rules.

Please expose the people that put our jobs in jeopardy.

We have gathered about 62 personal emails of current reps and will be sending out the specifics of what Compliance has ignored.

SHOCKING INFORMATION. HE HAD A DISTRICT MATE FIRED IN DECEMBER AND ALWAYS ACTED LIKE MR BY THE BOOK AND SCRUTINIZED OUR EXPENSES.

It is a mess people are tired of being treated unfairly and we all can not leave. There is only limited opportunity worth pursuing outside of Galderma. We also have families to support.

Sales force has had enough and we are finally banning together. The reps can't all leave but you can certainly change the leaders that are targeting us. We are know who you are and we are sharing stories.

Look at how many folks are on PIPs some are top performers. You wonder why people are leaving. The company ought to be ashamed of itself.
 




I just read the email and if that information is accurate and true and Compliance
has not acted upon it, going forward no other rep can be fired for a Compliance
Violation; all they have to do is refer to that information.

Please send a follow up with that information of how certain you are.

Much appreciated. I an friends with someone in HR that would take this serious if
compliance has not.

A friend forwarded me the Compliance Fraud email and I can add a lot more
that he did as a rep and DM because I worked with him in the DC area.

If this is serious post and going forward reply and I will send a way to reach out
1 on 1.

He has an angel above that's not so influential anymore and works in Australia,
so he should be out of favors.
