This was expected after the Nov Ad Board Meeting. So it’s kind of old news. Stock will take another hit. Sr leadership will hold some inspirational town hall meetings. Our managers will be given talking points to keep us calm and focused. Quotas will continue to be unrealistic and we won’t all earn as much bonus as we believe we should. But life will go on. And those who choose to stay will dream

Wow. How impressive. Particularly for a company of our size! And don’t forget the cream of the crop leadership team. Some of the industry’s best and brightest. Now if we only had a pipeline we would be destined for greatness!
 






Honey, this is no surprise. We all knew this in november after the ad board. Now let me tell you something you also know. The leadership team is a bunch of dumbasses. They brought in someone from Astellas who is now having buyers remorse because he knows this company cannot be saved. Take a look around in the Waltham office and really look who you work with. Are these the stars of Pharma or are these the bottom 10% that has no where else to go? Pops is so clueless and his charming speeches do not have any impact any longer like they did years ago. He does care about patients, but his leadership style is tired, like the company.

Oh we'll have more products as soon as we buy NEOS pharmaceuticals. They have no pipeline, but they do have 2 drugs doing about $25M a year. Horrible products but it will give you all something to do. Just hope we buy them and not license in either of those two dud products. No one else will touch that company. They've been trying to get bought or license their products for years. We'll buy or partner with them though. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

Vivitrol is run by someone who can barely speak English and killed every good marketing thought over the last 5 years. She chased every experienced marketer off her team and out of the building.
