in due time you will learn why this did not get to the courtroom. doesn't mean she lost. You just have to be educated in the legal process (cost/benefit) to understand why so many things settle out. Don't let it stop you from proceeding in the same fashion.

It is too bad. KC was a great asset for medicis. Now, if she had only gotten an equal amount as RR in Houston that would have been fair, especially since we all know RR was performing something illegal. Does anyone remember the incidents from NSM in Arizona 2006? Lots of people questioned about it by attornys and RR walks away with a huge settlement.

In that form there is a section entitled Mandatory Arbitration, so you agree to never sue Medicis if you accept the stocks. I believe that's the hold up on this one.

Have your staff psychologist start here. It will lead you down the path to solve your crime when you look at intent. It's really not that difficult if you knew this industry and this company like the rest of us. But, we don't expect that you do. And don't do like other state Prosectors have done, like in New Jersey, and mispronounce the name. It's not "med-ee-che", it's "med-i-sis".
Profess to really learn the background of this joint. This case could be the notch on your investigative lipstick case if you catch my drift.
 






This company is a pile of crap. Always has been. Not sure why anyone actually thinks this place is worth anything. The reps get driven hard but thats because they hire bad reps. Its hard to make quotas when you have no clue what your doing. Chatting about nothing for an hour with staff that could care less about you is not selling. Thats called wasting time when as sooon as you leave the whole office says to themselves why does that person talk so much. Why wont they just leave. Oh and your CEO is a murderer
